With Indiana men’s basketball’s roster just about set for the 2025-26 season, the first under new head coach Darian DeVries, we sought out fans’ opinion on maybe the biggest question mark for the team right now: who should start at center.
The options in our survey were Davidson transfer Reed Bailey and Florida transfer Sam Alexis. Those who responded narrowly favored Bailey to be the Hoosiers’ starting five next season:

This question is an interesting one for a few reasons. For one, Bailey is starting regardless. If he doesn’t end up at center you can bet he’d get the starting job at power forward.
