Indiana men's basketball makes cut for five-star forward from 2026 class

Five-star small forward Anthony Thompson has cut his list of schools down to seven, including the Indiana Hoosiers, he announced on Thursday.

Thompson other six schools include: Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio State, Purdue, and Texas.

Thompson averaged 15.8 points, 8.1 rebounds, 1.8 blocks and 1.3 steals as a sophomore for Lebanon. The Ohio native now attends Western Reserve Academy in Hudson, Ohio.

According to the latest 247Sports Composite rankings, Thompson is the No. 8 overall prospect in the nation, No. 2 small forward and the top player in the state of Ohio for the class of 2026.
