Lemuel Neely-Watley committed to Indiana back in late June and has been one recruit that could end up seeing a rise in his ranking by the time he steps foot on campus. 247Sports recruiting analyst Allen Trieu put together a list of 10 midwest seniors who have an opportunity to climb the rankings as a senior, and took a look at the 2020 IU commit.
