The pandemic may be slowing down sports, but it isn’t slowing Tom Allen and the Hoosiers grabbing 2021 recruits. On Friday Indiana pulled in another one when Larry Smith III committed to the Hoosiers.
Smith is a 4-star cornerback from Florida where he plays for Lee High School. He picked the Hoosiers over Duke, North Carolina, and Ole Miss. Smith is rated as the 23 defensive back in the country according to 247sports and the 42nd player overall in the state of Florida.
Smith had a very good Junior season at Lee High School, where he had five interceptions and 52 tackles leading his team.
