New Indiana football head coach Curt Cignetti has another big portal add in former Ohio University quarterback Kurtis Rourke.
The 2022 Mid-America Conference Player of the Year announced his commitment earlier today via Twitter:

Rourke entered the transfer portal earlier this month after wrapping up a five-year career in Athens. He was QB1 in hunter green and white 2020-23.
