Indiana Falls at No. 25 Maryland, 5-2

COLLEGE PARK, Md. – The Indiana University baseball team fell on the road at No. 25 Maryland, 5-2, on Saturday afternoon at Bob "Turtle" Smith Stadium in College Park, Md.

With the loss, Indiana falls to 25-18 on the season overall and in Big Ten conference play. Maryland improves to 28-15 on the year and in league action.

KEY MOMENTS
• OF Drew Ashley hit a solo home run in the top of the eighth inning for the Hoosiers. The long-ball was his fifth of the season.
• C Jacob Southern had an RBI single for the Hoosiers in the top of the ninth to bring the tying run to the plate, but Indiana's rally ended there.
