It is NBA Draft day for former Indiana basketball guard Romeo Langford and there is still a lot of questions surrounding his draft stock.
As of now, most, if not all, mock drafts have Langford falling in the 12-18 range on Thursday night, which includes the Charlotte Hornets, Miami Heat, Boston Celtics, Detroit Pistons, Orlando Magic, and Indiana Pacers.
The two teams that pop out in that list are the Heat and the Pacers.
Obviously the Pacers would be an interesting fit, but a report from Gregg Doyel and IndyStar.com reported that Langford and his agent declined to meet with his hometown team, sighting the fact that they were ‘too low’ in the draft order.
