Indiana Adds Henna Sandvik To Signing Class

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana women's basketball has announced the signing of Henna Sandvik for the class of 2026.

A 6-foot guard out from Helsinki, Finland joins Lexus Bargesser (Grass Lake, Mich.) and Lilly Meister (Rochester, Minn.) to the Hoosiers freshman class for next season.

Sandvik plays for the Finland Senior National team, where started she both games last week in the 2023 Eurobasket Qualifier. Sandvik scored 7 points and had 3 rebounds against Ukraine. With her club team, HBA Marsky, she is currently averaging 15.8 points and 5.8 rebounds per game. In addition, at the 2019 U16 European Championships, she averaged 13.
