BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Juwan Morgan scored 19 of his game-high 23 points in the second half and Freddie McSwain Jr. grabbed a career-high 16 rebounds but Indiana fell 63-60 against No. 5 Michigan State on Saturday at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.
The Hoosiers (12-12, 5-7) cut the deficit to one at 58-57, but Matt McQuaid knocked down a 3-pointer for Michigan State to push it to four at 61-57 with 1:09 to go in the game.
Indiana outrebounded Michigan State 53-29, including 25-3 on the offensive glass.
