CLEMSON, S.C. – An early deficit was too much to overcome for the Indiana baseball program, as Clemson scored three early runs on its way to an 9-0 victory on the opening day of the 2022 college baseball season.
Nine Hoosiers made their collegiate debuts at Clemson. Tyler Doanes, Matthew Ellis, Phillip Glasser, Evan Goforth, Carter Mathison, Josh Pyne, Peter Serruto and Brock Tibbitts all debuted in the field, while Ryan Kraft made his collegiate debut on the mound.
