Hoosiers Collect 18 Top-5 Finishes On Day One of Tennessee Relays

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Indiana Track & Field kicked off the Tennessee Relays on a rainy and cold Friday in Knoxville.

KEY MOMENTS
• In the women's 1500m invite, Sarah Schmitt crossed first overall with a time of 4:24.84. Turning to the men's race, Camden Marshall collected a personal a record of 3:46.82 for the third place finish.
Shaton Vaughn competed in the 400m hurdles during power hour where he clocked a time of 53.69 and a second-place finish.
Kenny Benton got the Hoosiers off to a fast start on the oval with a second-place finish in the 100m with a personal best time of 10.
