ATLANTA – Junior forward Mackenzie Holmes is one of seven players nationally to be added to the 2022 Wade Watch list at the midseason point, the Women's Basketball Coaches Association announced today. She joins teammates Ali Patberg and Grace Berger on the 37-player list.
Holmes is averaging a team-high 17.9 points, 8.2 rebounds and shooting 61.5 percent from the floor in 14 games. She has scored in double figures in 13 of 14 games, recorded three double-doubles and averages 1.9 blocks per game. Holmes currently ranks sixth in school history with 134 career blocks and became the 30th member of IU's 1,000-point club earlier this season.
