Freddie McSwain commits to Indiana

Some big recruiting news for the Hoosiers on this Sunday night.

Freddie McSwain, a junior college transfer from Neosho County Community College in Kansas, chose Indiana over Kansas State today. Tom Crean and company have been hotly pursuing McSwain once the season ended, and the push to get him to Bloomington paid off today. McSwain is 6-6 and 215 pounds, and will join a frontcourt that already includes Thomas Bryant, OG Anunoby, Juwan Morgan, Collin Hartman, and De'Ron Davis.

With McSwain now in the fold for next year, this means that IU is currently one over the scholarship limit.
