Four Hoosiers Sign NFL Free Agent Deals

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana offensive lineman Harry Crider (Eagles), defensive lineman Jerome Johnson (Dolphins), wide receiver Whop Philyor (Vikings), and running back Stevie Scott III (Saints) signed undrafted free agent deals following the 2021 NFL Draft on Saturday evening.

Crider joins former Hoosier running back Jordan Howard in Philadelphia.

Safety Jamar Johnson was selected by the Denver Broncos in the fifth round (164th pick overall) of the draft on Saturday afternoon. He became the first IU safety drafted since Eric Smedley in 1996 (Buffalo, 7th round, 249th pick).
