The San Francisco 49ers are reportedly bringing back a familiar face at quarterback, with the new addition of veteran quarterback Nate Sudfeld according to Matt Barrows of The Athletic
Per source, the 49ers will be signing QB Nate Sudfeld, who had a tryout with them on Monday. Sudfeld, 31, spent the 2021 season in San Francisco and knows the offense.

The Washington Commanders drafted Nate Sudfeld in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft out of Indiana. The 31 year old, Modesto, California native has appeared in six career NFL games, throwing for 188 yards, one touchdown, and one interception, with his last his last pass coming in 2022.
