Capobianco Silver Highlights Hoosier Rise in Day Two

ATLANTA – Two-time national champion and Indiana redshirt senior Andrew Capobianco earned his first-ever NCAA medal on the 1-meter springboard to highlight Indiana's three top-eight finishes on the second day of the 2022 NCAA Men's Swimming and Diving Championships Thursday (March 24) inside McAuley Aquatic Center.

Capobianco and freshman Quinn Henninger each earned first team All-America honors on the 1-meter, while IU's 200 Freestyle Relay dropped time to place eighth in the final event of the evening. The Hoosiers moved up from 11th to eighth place in the team standings with 78 points after two days in Atlanta.
