Brown Birdies Last Hole to Finish T14 at NCAA Bryan Regional

BRYAN, Texas – Redshirt junior Jake Brown closed out the NCAA Bryan Regional in style on Wednesday afternoon, hitting a 4-iron from 216 yards to 12 feet to setup a final birdie that put him at 1-under par for the tournament and a tie 14th in his NCAA postseason debut.

The 215 overall score is the best by an IU golfer in NCAA postseason play since current assistant coach Corey Ziedonis shot 213 at the 2011 NCAA Regional.

Over the 54-hole tournament, the Carmel, Indiana recorded 38 pars, which tied for the most among all 75 golfers in the tournament.
