ROUND ROCK, Texas – In its first game at the Karbach Round Rock Classic, the Indiana baseball program dropped a 5-2 decision to No. 2 Arkansas at Dell Diamond. A three-run fourth inning proved the difference in the third all-time meeting between the two programs.
Arkansas (3-1) got a single run in the first, scored three in the fourth and added one in the seventh. Indiana (0-4) pushed one across in the fifth inning and one in the eighth inning.
