BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – It was a day full of personal bests for Indiana Track & Field as they completed the final day of the B1G Indiana Invite No. 4/Billy Hayes Invite.
Khayla Dawson threw down a mark of 18.91m (62' 5") in the shot put to capture gold. Her mark was a personal and facility record while also being the No. 2 mark in the U.S. and No. 6 in the world. Dawson is also now the Big Ten record holder in the event and was the No. 6 all-time mark in the NCAA.
