Yarbrough on court at Redbirds' first official practice

NORMAL — When the first official practice of Illinois State's basketball season began at 6 a.m. Tuesday at Redbird Arena, Milik Yarbrough was on Doug Collins Court with his teammates as a full participant.

Yarbrough, the 6-foot-6 standout senior guard/forward, was indefinitely suspended from all team activities by ISU coach Dan Muller on Sept. 12. Yarbrough was arrested on Sept. 11 and released the next morning on a $1,500 bond on a charge of failure to provide information and render aid in an injury-related accident.

"From what we know right now, there's no doubt in my mind that's the right thing to do," said Muller of allowing Yarbrough to practice.
