RIO VERDE, Ariz. – Senior Taylor Ledwein had the low round of the day for Bradley Women's Golf with a four-over 76 in the opening round of the 18th annual Rio Verde Invitational and the Braves are tied for 15th after Friday's action to open the spring season for BU.
Ledwein is tied for 24th in the individual standings after the opening round at the par-72 Rio Verde Country Club White Wing Course to pace Bradley, finishing five shots behind the co-leaders. The Braves turned in a 318 to close the day tied with Bowling Green for 15th in the 18-team field, just six back of the top 10.
