PEORIA, Ill. – Bradley sophomore Elyse Emerzian shot a career best one under par 71 in the second round to lead the women's golf team into third place after two rounds of the Redbird Invitational at the D.A. Webring Golf Club in Normal, Ill., Sunday.
The Braves are only three shots off the pace of IUPUI, and just two back of second place Xavier. Halley Morell, coaching in her first tournament as head coach, saw her team combine for a 13 over 589. Bradley's first round score of 292 tied for the fifth lowest round in program history.
