PEORIA, Ill. -- For the 11th time in the last 13 seasons, Bradley Women's Golf will open a season at Illinois State's Redbird Invitational with the Braves making the short trip down I-74 to kick off the 2022-23 campaign Sunday and Monday in Normal, Ill., at the par-72 Weibring Golf Club.
Bradley has finished in the top half of the season-opening Redbird Invitational each of the last nine times playing in the event with six top-five finishes after the Braves were fifth in the 16-team field at last year's Redbird Invite.
This year's Redbird Invitational 15-field features Missouri Valley Conference rivals Drake, Evansville, Illinois State, Indiana State, Northern Iowa and Valparaiso.
