NORMAL, Ill. – Using a career-low round of 72 from junior Reagan Kennedy, the Illinois State women's golf team climbed two spots into a tie of sixth place at the 2025 Redbird Invitational, hosted at Weibring Golf Club on Sunday and Monday.
Sitting with a two-round 604, the Redbirds finished with a 299 on the final day, the third-lowest score of the day, climbing from eighth place after two rounds to sixth place at the culmination of the tournament. Eastern Kentucky claimed the team crown with a 54-hole score of 879, one shot ahead of runner-up South Dakota's 880.
