PEORIA, Ill. – Junior Nyjah White was 6-for-8 from the field and scored a game-high 12 points to help the White team to a 34-27 win over the Red Squad as Bradley Women's Basketball made its 2019-20 debut at the annual Red-White Scrimmage, Presented by Crusens, Tuesday night at Renaissance Coliseum.
The Braves played two eight-minute periods with a running clock for the first 14 minutes of the women's portion of the scrimmage, which also featured a three-point shooting contest along with the men's scrimmage and dunk contest.
White paced both teams with her 12 points and also collected four rebounds (three offensive), three assists and one block.
