CARBONDALE — The Illinois State baseball season ended on a replay review Thursday at the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament.

ISU appeared to tie the game with Valparaiso in the bottom of the ninth inning when Jeremy Gaines came around from second base to score on a Tyson Hays grounder.
