Evansville, Ind. - Bradley Volleyball (10-21 overall, 6-12 MVC) needed a win themselves and some help to make it into the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament - that luck happened. Unfortunately, the luck ran out on Sunday in the first round, with the Braves dropping a four-set match to tournament host Evansville.
SEE-SAW SET
The match's start saw play go back-and-forth, all the way until an early 5-3 Bradley lead. From there, however, the Aces went on a 7-1 run to turn the set to a 10-6 lead. The Braves got within 18-16 on a pair of attack errors, but a lead at 5-4 would be the last they'd have for the set, with the Aces taking the opener, 25-19.
