NORMAL, Ill. – Junior Karagan Coggin had eight kills and senior Hannah Thompson finished with seven kills and a match-high 20 digs, but Bradley couldn't keep pace with a hot-hitting Indiana State squad that attacked at a .308 clip as the Sycamores topped the Braves 25-19, 25-21, 25-15 Thursday night in the first round of the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament at Redbird Arena.
Indiana State (18-11 overall) used a balanced attack with five different players tallying at least seven kills and the Sycamores hit at a .308 clip in the contest to upset the #3 seed Bradley (16-14 overall).
