Trent Wallace Headed to Wisconsin to Start the 2016 NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championship

INDIANAPOLIS – Illinois State men's golf standout Trent Wallace is headed to Kohler, Wisconsin, one of six regional sites for this year's NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championship, it was announced Thursday by the NCAA during a live television broadcast on Golf Channel. Wallace automatically qualified after claiming medalist honors nine days ago at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship.

Wallace will be playing at Blackwolf Run's Meadow Valleys Course, May 16-18, and is one of 10 individuals competing in the regional. Illinois is the top seed in the 13-team regional, as a total of 75 student-athletes will be competing.
