Titans chart course to victory over Anderson

The Titans extinguished a puzzling three-game losing streak with a dominant 21-4 second-half surge to claim a 93-70 nonconference victory over Anderson.

IWU hiked its record to 8-3 and avoided its first four-game losing streak since Rose's first season of 2006-07.

The Titans stumbled out of the gate. Anderson's Cole Hartman opened with three layups and a 3-pointer for a 9-2 margin that prompted an early Rose timeout.

Wesleyan carried a 47-37 edge into halftime as reserves Peter Lambesis, Matt Leritz, Doug Wallen and Danny Baker accounted for a combined 14 points and 16 of the Titans' 25 rebounds.
