PEORIA, Ill. -- Timmy O'Brien named Second Team MVC Baseball Scholar Athlete.
Timmy O'Brien, a junior first baseman from Park Ridge, Illinois, has been named to the Missouri Valley Conference Baseball Scholar-Athlete Second Team. O'Brien met the criteria for nomination- a cumulative 3.50 gpa and participation in 75% of the regular season- and was selected by the other members of the conference.
O'Brien is a Mechanical Engineering major and has a cumulative gpa of 3.86.
