PEORIA, IL – For the third consecutive year, Braves junior Sandra Maletin waltzed through her challengers to win the top singles flight at the Bradley Invitational and the host team added a pair of singles co-championships to highlight the final day of tournament action Sunday at the Clubs at River City indoor courts.
Overall, Bradley's seven players completed the five-team tournament with a 19-9 (.679) combined record and half of the event's six flight championships. In addition to Maletin's 3-0 run through the Singles Bradley Flight, junior Nina Marjanovic and sophomore Nikki Perlwitz both finished 3-0 in the Singles Red Flight.
