URBANA, Ill. – Bradley Tennis wrapped up the Fall individual season at the ITA Midwest Regional in Urbana, Ill., over the weekend.
Two Braves competed in the 64-player Singles Main Draw and all three pairs competed in the Main Draw of doubles.
Valeriia Ivanovskaia, who started action in the main draw, knocked off Illinois' Tess Bucher (6-4, 6-4) to move on into the Round of 32. She ultimately was defeated by Michigan's Emily Sartz-Lunde (6-3, 6-3), the 31st-ranked player in the country and the two-seed at the Midwest Regional.
Mariia Pukhina won a pair of qualifying matches to reach the main draw, but was defeated by Illinois' Cara Mester (6-0, 6-1).
