PEORIA, Ill. -- Senior women's golfer Taylor Ledwein (New Prague, Minn./New Prague) has been named the Bradley COUNTRY Financial Scholar-Athlete of the Week announced Wednesday.
After missing the first three tournaments of the 2019-20 season due to injury, Ledwein returned to post a 72.82 stroke average in her four outings before the season came to an end. Her season average would have topped the best season average in Missouri Valley Conference history set by Bradley's Danielle Lemek in 2013-14. Ledwein posted three top-10 finishes and was among the top 20 in all four tournaments in 2019-20.
