PEORIA, Ill. – Senior guard Tatum Koenig (West Branch, Iowa/West Branch) has been named this week's Bradley Busey Bank Scholar-Athlete of the Week announced Wednesday after averaging 15.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 4.0 rebounds per game in a pair of Missouri Valley Conference outings.
Koenig, who has scored in double figures in five consecutive contests, opened the week with 19 points, five rebounds, five assists and one steal against Drake. The top scorer for Bradley Women's Basketball in each of the last five games, she followed up that effort with 11 points, five rebounds and three assists against Northern Iowa Saturday afternoon at Renaissance Coliseum.
