COLUMBIA, Mo. -- Sophomore Raegan Branon came one out short of a complete game shutout as she powered Bradley Softball to its seventh win its last 10 outings, helping the Braves to a 3-1 victory over NCAA Division I newcomer St. Thomas Friday at the Mizzou Classic.
Branon kept St. Thomas (2-9 overall) off the scoreboard until a two-out solo homer in the top of the seventh by Megan Baniecke, scattering five hits in the win to improve to 3-1 on the year.
