ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Kaitlyn Sheppard has earned Missouri Valley Conference Runner of the Week for the fourth time this season, while JD Rosslee garnered conference recognition for the second time in 2025, per the weekly MVC Cross Country Notebook released on Oct. 6.
Sheppard wins the women's honor after placing second in the Women's 6K Red Race with a time of 20:27.86. The time is the third-fastest 6K Pink Classic time by a Brave in program history. Sheppard led the Women's team to a Pink Classic for the first time since 2018 and second overall.
