NASHVILLE, TN – For the second day in a row, persistent rain in the Nashville area has forced the cancellation of play in the SAF Dirt Classic, but Bradley Baseball will make up one of its lost games by playing a doubleheader Sunday at Middle Tennessee State.
Since opening the 8-team, round-robin event with a 5-3 win in 10 innings Thursday at Austin Peay, Bradley's last two games Friday at Belmont and Saturday at Lipscomb have been rained out. The Braves (3-1) were scheduled to complete the four-day event with a single game at 1 p.
