ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- Jayde Rosslee was named 2025 Missouri Valley Conference Men's Track & Field Scholar-Athlete of the Year, one of six Braves earning a spot on the 2025 Missouri Valley Conference Track & Field Scholar-Athlete Team, per a release from The Valley on Thursday.
Rosslee, a construction major with a 3.56 cumulative grade point average, was an MVC Champion in the men's 5000m at both the Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Rosslee also brought home third place in the men's 3000m event at the Indoor Championships. Rosslee is the first Brave to win Track & Field Scholar-Athlete of the Year since George Watson earned Men's Track & Field Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2023.
