RICHMOND, Va. - Illinois State Swim and Dive was named a College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar-Athlete All-America Team after a strong semester in the classroom last fall. The Redbirds recorded a team grade-point average of 3.74, which ranked sixth among NCAA DI Women's Swim and Dive programs.
"Each semester the team makes goals both individually and collectively when it comes to GPA," Illinois State head coach Caitlin Hamilton said. "Over the last few semesters we have set our sights on consistently being among the top programs in Division 1.
