NORMAL — Natalie Vaughan-Low slotted a rebound into the net in the opening minute of the game to give the Illinois State women's soccer team a 1-0 exhibition match victory over Iowa on Sunday at Adelaide Street Field.
Junior goalkeeper Haley Smith had four saves in 59 minutes of action for the Redbirds. Redshirt freshman Jenny Scara also had a save in net.
