NORMAL, Ill. – Former Redbird Owen Miller is on the move again. Miller was drafted by the San Diego Padres with the 84th overall pick in the 2018 MLB Draft, and has been called up to the San Antonio Missions, the Double-A Affiliate of the San Diego Padres.
Miller started for the Padres Single-A short season team, Tri-City Dust Devils after being drafted. In August, Miller was assigned to the Fort Wayne TinCaps, the Single-A full season. Wednesday afternoon, Miller was called up again to the San Antonio Missions, the Padres Double-A Affiliate.
