NORMAL, Ill. – Looking to rebound after dropping two straight matches, Illinois State women's tennis is on the road once more, this time heading down south to Tennessee and Missouri.
The Redbirds will first head to Clarksville, Tenn. Saturday to face Austin Peay before traveling to St. Louis Sunday for a matchup against Washington University. Saturday gets underway at 11 a.m. while Sunday sees first serve slated for 2:00 p.m.
The Redbirds (5-3) were in East Lansing last weekend to face Xavier and Michigan State. Against Xavier, the Redbirds saw Alexandra Abyasova and Tara Damnjanovic pick up wins in singles, but it was the Musketeers winning the match 5-2.
