NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State volleyball team will be making its 16th NCAA Tournament appearance next week, when it takes on UNLV in the first round on Wednesday, April 14 in Omaha, Neb. The Redbirds earned the Missouri Valley Conference's automatic bid with a 3-1 win over Loyola Chicago in the MVC Championship title game at Redbird Arena on Saturday night.=
First serve between the Redbirds and the Rebels is set for 6 p.m. CT. The game will be broadcast on ESPN3.
