SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Illinois State women's basketball team wasted a perfect shooting night from Paige Saylor in a 75-58 Missouri Valley Conference loss to Missouri State on Sunday at JQH Arena. With the loss, the Redbirds fall to 11-13 overall and 5-8 in conference play while the Bears improve to 14-10 and 10-3 in the Valley.

Saylor was 6-for-6 from the field, including three 3-pointers, for a 15-point performance. ISU got 17 points from Hannah Green while Simone Goods chipped in 14. Green also grabbed nine rebounds and handed out four assists.

Viria Livingston pulled down a team-high 10 boards as the Redbirds owned a 32-21 advantage on the glass.
