NORMAL, Ill. – ISU head coach Brock Spack and his staff announced the 2019 Illinois State football early signing class at a press conference held at Hancock Stadium Wednesday, as 11 student-athletes signed National Letters of Intent on National Signing Day and three transfers were added to the roster.
