CHICAGO - Led by a 1M runner-up finish from Eva Reyes, Illinois Divers capped off the regular season Saturday in the UIC Diving Invitational at Flames Natatorium in Chicago.
Illinois State's strongest showing of the day Saturday came in 1M as Reyes finished on the podium and sophomore Gaby Russell posted a season-high mark. Reyes recorded an overall score of 267.90 for second place while Russell's score of 251.55 was good for fourth. Senior Kamryn Blake finished in eighth with a score of 237.50.
Reyes also led the way for the Redbirds in 3M, with a fifth-place mark of 263.
