NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State football team will be playing in front of a packed house on Saturday when it welcomes in No. 19 Southern Illinois, as reserved and general admission seats have sold out for the MVFC home opener. Aaron Leetch Club, student tickets and a limited number of standing-room only spots still remain for the big game against the Salukis on Family Weekend at Hancock Stadium.
Kickoff between the Redbirds and the Salukis is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CT and will air on Marquee Sports Network and stream live on ESPN+. For the first time in program history, the Redbirds will be wearing black uniforms and all fans are encouraged to wear black to the game.
