NORMAL, Ill. – Third-year junior Auggie Rasmussen reached base safely five times in Illinois State's 4-2 loss to Milwaukee on Tuesday at Duffy Bass Field.
Rasmussen doubled twice, singled, and was hit by two pitches for Illinois State (10-21 overall), which stranded 12 runners and had the tying run at the plate in the 9th inning with no outs.
Freshman Shai Robinson reached three times via two singles and a walk.
Milwaukee moves to 17-16 overall.
