FLOSSMOOR, Ill. – Bradley Men's Golf was second after an opening-round 297 and closed Monday's action at the 2020-21 Missouri Valley Conference Men's Golf Championship in a tie with Missouri State for fourth in the team standings.
On a blustery day at the par-72 Flossmoor Country Club, the Braves had four individuals fire 75 or better as the team posted a nine-over 297 in the day's first round. Tournament-host Loyola had a six-shot lead on Bradley after the Ramblers turned in a three-over 291 to start the day.
The Braves slipped to fourth in the team standings by the end of the day, posting a second round 318 to close Monday's action at 615.
